How much does flooring installation cost?
Pricing varies based on the material, square footage, and prep work needed (such as leveling or removing old carpet). Because every home in Denver is unique, we offer free in-home estimates to provide a clear, itemized quote with absolutely no hidden fees.
How long does installation usually take?
  • LVP & Laminate: Typically completed in 1–2 days.
  • Hardwood & Stairs: May take longer, especially if refinishing is involved.
During your estimate, we’ll provide a realistic timeline so you know exactly what to expect.
Do I need to leave my home during installation?
Usually, no. For most installations, you can stay comfortably in your home. We isolate the work area to minimize dust and disruption. If extensive sanding or refinishing is required, we will let you know in advance if access will be restricted for a short period.
Do you move furniture and remove old flooring?
Yes, we do. We handle the heavy lifting by moving standard furniture and disposing of your old carpet or flooring.

Note: For oversized items like pianos or large built-ins, we’ll discuss the safest plan during your estimate.

Yes to both. We can meet you at a local showroom to guide your selection (at no extra cost), or we can install flooring you have already purchased from a retailer, provided it meets quality standards for a lasting install.
Do you offer a warranty?
Absolutely. All our projects come with a workmanship warranty. If an issue arises related to our installation, we make it right. We also ensure all installations adhere to manufacturer guidelines so your product warranty remains valid.
